- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. J&A Pros Electric is a licensed electrical contractor carrying full liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We hold the proper licensing for the jurisdictions we work in and register and permit wherever your project requires it.
- Do you offer free estimates?
- We provide free estimates for most residential and commercial projects. Emergency diagnostic visits may carry a service fee that is credited toward the repair.
- How fast can you respond to an emergency?
- Our 24/7 emergency line targets same-day or next-day response wherever you are, with priority dispatch for safety hazards like exposed conductors, burning smells, or a dead panel.
- Do you install EV chargers and generators?
- We install Level 2 EV chargers and both standby and portable generator systems, including load calculations, transfer switches, and utility coordination.
